Background/ History

Based on the existing experience of the group members in the analysis of structures subject to dynamic loads, the group was able to design and supervise the manufacturing of several skids for engines, gearboxes and pumps. Later on this extended to the design and manufacturing of several products. Recently, the PDL is working in collaboration with big companies in the Cairo Monorail project to design and manufacture devices and measuring tools necessary to check the dimensions of the main beams of the monorail train
